Meet Our Team

Raphael Okoye

Raphael is responsible for providing leadership and management at Hi-Tech Blitz Consulting in the areas of information technology, quality, and delivery expectations. He brings over 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, having worked in the healthcare sector, manufacturing, and software solutions. He also works as a consultant for small businesses in areas related to data forecasting and predictive analytics.

Raphael holds a honors bachelor of science in Physics (Geophysics) from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria. He also earned a master’s degree in Laser Physics from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Raphael also holds a master's degree in Computational Biophysics from Simon Fraser University, Canada.

Tolulope Abimbola

Tolulope Abimbola is an experienced Human Resource (HR) and strategic operations consultant. She has two degrees in Computer Science and recently narrowed her specialization from full-time tech into tech HR, and operations management. Leveraging her years of hands-on experience in tech and HR she specializes in optimizing operations, organizational policy development, recruitment and onboarding, training, and driving strategic initiatives for sustainable growth. She has also successfully championed several technology literacy projects for underserved communities and children both as a coordinator and as a trainer.

During the Comprehensive Data Analytics Program (CDAP), Tolulope will be handholding trainees undergoing career transitions into tech and exposing them to what tech recruitment process entails.

Ayotomide Alo

Ayotomide currently works as a Services Business Analyst, where he specializes in data cleaning, data forecasting and data visualization on one hand and performance measures on the other hand. Mr. Ayotomide has 7 years experience working with data manipulation, modelling, analysis, and visualization tools.

Ayotomide has extensive passion for career advisory, profile building, and assisting new entrants in tech on resume building and interview preparation. He has personally worked with tens of tech enthusiasts who have successfully taken up new roles in tech. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a masters in Communication from the University of Ibadan, both in Nigeria.

Hope Oluranti

Hope Oluranti has at least 5 years of experience working in tech roles for both private and public organizations. She currently works as a Data Business Analyst where she is responsible for the data integrity of the Application Program Interface (API) of a provincial government ministry. As one of the facilitators during the Comprehensive Data Analystics Program (CDAP), Hope will be working with candidates to ensure they have a feel of how data is used to extract business insights in making informed decisions and creating government policies. She studied English Language and has a masters degree in Communication Management from Nigeria.

Hope has not always been in tech. In fact, her background is in customer experience analysis in the banking sector and other service delivery organizations. However, since her transition into tech about 5 years ago, she has proved that with commitment and guidance, a lot can be achieved.

David Obeh Alobo

David Obeh Alobo is an industrial chemist and data analyst, holding a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria. With a combined 8 years experience as a Data Analytics and Data Science Industry Mentor, David has supported over 5000+ students, bridging the gap between the classroom and industry. He was part of a team that developed a preservative-free tomato-based product with a remarkable 12-month shelf-life. Proficient in various technologies, including MongoDB, Power BI, Python, SQL, and more.

David is a member of the Cronin Lab in United Kingdom where he is working on synthesizing chemical products using ML and AI that find application in drug discovery. His dedication to advancing research and delivering impactful solutions underscores his commitment to making the world a better place.

Elizabeth Ukpanken

Elizabeth Ukpanken is a dynamic professional with years of extensive experience in data analysis, specializing in Power BI, Excel, and SQL. She has a proven record of delivering actionable insights through data-driven approaches, facilitating informed decision-making processes within organizations. Alongside her analytical expertise, she is a passionate and creative storyteller with a special talent in crafting engaging narratives.

The unique blend of her analytical prowess and creative storytelling sets her apart as a multifaceted professional capable of making meaningful contributions in both data-driven decision-making and inspiring her listeners' imaginations through literature.
